Using READ rewards to build a reading routine
A reading habit app can help you record progress or give you a reason to return. Sentence uses READ as its reading reward: sign in, spend time with an eligible book, and earn READ that you can put towards more reading.
Choose the kind of help you need
If you mainly want a record of finished books, a reading tracker may be enough. If your challenge is opening the book in the first place, consider the reading experience itself: how quickly you can start, how comfortable the text feels, and whether your place is easy to find again.
How READ rewards work in Sentence
Sign in and read eligible new sentences to earn READ from the Sentence treasury. Reading-time checks and a daily limit apply, and completing a fully rewarded book for the first time earns a bonus. Repeated content, personal imports, and generated stories do not earn rewards. Reading must sync online; check the current reward rules for eligibility and allowances.
Pair rewards with a small routine
Choose a moment to read and a book you want to continue. Let READ rewards follow the reading you do during that session. You do not need to race through sentences or set a reward target: the useful result is time spent with a book you care about.
Use READ for your next read
Earned READ can unlock eligible Sentence-owned books and personal imports. It cannot be withdrawn or used to buy author-created books. Your earned READ rewards are separate from READ held in a wallet. Check the selected book or feature for its current unlock options.

Common questions
Does Sentence use XP or READ?
Sentence uses READ for reading rewards. There is no separate XP balance to convert before you can use earned READ on eligible books and imports.
Can I cash out the READ I earn by reading?
No. Earned READ is reserved for eligible uses within Sentence and cannot be withdrawn. It is separate from wallet READ.
Should I chase a daily READ target?
This routine does not require a reward target. Choose a comfortable reading session and let READ rewards follow eligible reading.
