Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Sentence website, reading app, account features, and any creator or marketplace features that are later marked as live.

Reading and imported files

You may use Sentence with built-in public-domain or openly licensed works and with files you own or are authorised to use. You must not use Sentence to infringe copyright, bypass DRM, or distribute files without permission.

Your writing

You keep ownership of original writing you create or upload. When publishing features launch, you will give Sentence the limited permission needed to display, distribute, sell, and promote the work through the service. You must have the rights to everything you publish.

Community and moderation

Spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, harassment, malicious files, and copyright infringement are prohibited. Content or accounts may be restricted or removed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the marketplace.

$READ and crypto features

$READ is intended for marketplace utility. It is not a promise of profit, appreciation, revenue share, dividends, or passive income. Crypto features are not live until official contract addresses and transaction terms are published on this domain.

Blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, and subject to network fees and technical failure. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, transaction review, taxes, and legal eligibility to use these features.

Payments

Available payment assets, fees, creator proceeds, refunds or credits, and settlement rules will be shown before a transaction is confirmed. Do not send assets to an address that has not been published through the official Sentence interface.

Availability and changes

Sentence may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Preview and coming-soon features are not guaranteed. We may update these terms as the creator marketplace and payment systems are completed.
